Job summary

Archer collaborates with JPMorgan Chase to connect exceptional professionals with a Client Account Manager role in JPMorgan Asset Management. You will coordinate onboarding and ongoing servicing for Alternative investors, interfacing with institutional, intermediary, and Private Bank clients.

You will support subscriptions/closings, notices, reporting packages, and data requests, while engaging in client meetings and driving process improvements across the team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Experience at an asset management firm with client servicing exposure.
• Alternatives experience across Real Assets, Private Equity, Direct Lending in a client servicing context.
• Business acumen for financial concepts and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and ongoing servicing for Alternatives investors, including client and third-party interactions.
• Support servicing lifecycle for Alternatives (subscriptions/closings, onboarding docs, notices, reporting, data requests).
• Participate in client meetings and events with strong prep and action tracking.
• Assist in creating and maintaining team policies, procedures and templates.
• Identify client experience improvements and drive servicing efficiency initiatives.
• Understand JPMorganChase relationships and connections with other asset managers and consultants.
