The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS with 2+ years in financial services, and possesses FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63) along with strong communication and CRM skills. A proactive, detail-oriented multi-tasker is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree (BA/BS).
• 2+ years of financial services experience including knowledge of JPMorgan Funds products and distribution channels.
• Know-how of JPMorgan Insights programs – Guide to the Markets, Guide to Retirement and Portfolio Insights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail; adaptable to changing priorities and high-pressure environments.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; capable of producing high-quality work under deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Suite).
• FINRA/NASAA licenses - Series 7; Series 63.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Advisors to drive revenue growth and client retention, including presenting fund products.
• Answer inquiries for Funds products and services on the JPMorgan Funds Services desk.
• Create client presentations and prep/follow-up materials for meetings.
• Assist Advisors with JPMorgan Funds website questions.
• Liaise on Portfolio Insights reports and document sales activity in Salesforce for compliance.
• Create proposals and illustrative models for sales teams as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and investment professionals across asset classes.
