Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Application Consultant to join the Lifecycle Service's team and lead strategic partnership with Distributors / End User Customers. This hybrid role in the USA or Canada requires a builder's mentality to reshape and grow Asset Management & Reliability markets.

You will report to the NA Manager, Application Consulting and drive co-sell opportunities, analytics, and field enablement to empower sales teams across NA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & GTM: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for NA Distributors / End Customers.
• Relationship Management: Develop trust-based relationships with partners and customers.
• Pipeline Generation: Drive joint pipeline and revenue through co-selling and co-marketing; track KPIs.
• Commercial Renewal Support: Collaborate on contract renewals with customer success managers.
• Field Enablement: Equip sales with knowledge and resources to sell with partners.
• Program Management: Lead business reviews, QBRs, and reporting; propose Asset Management proposals.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the partnership at industry events and internal meetings.
• Advanced Analytics: Define analytics to aid sales qualification and opportunity closure.
