Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Associate Attorney in a hybrid US-wide role focused on financial services and investment management regulatory matters.

You will advise asset managers, funds, and broker-dealers on federal securities regulations, fund formation, and ongoing regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, strong academic record, and 3–7 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Advise asset managers, investment advisers, broker-dealers, and investment funds on federal securities and financial services regulatory matters.
• Counsel clients on fund formation, registration, compliance, and ongoing regulatory obligations.
• Assist clients with regulatory examinations, investigations, and enforcement matters.
• Provide guidance on broker-dealer and commodities regulation, and blockchain/digital assets issues.
• Work with clients on cross-border regulatory issues impacting global asset management operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, business-oriented legal solutions.
