Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a skilled asset management consultant to support utility clients by analyzing asset data, evaluating infrastructure performance, and developing asset management programs. This hybrid role can be based in multiple Colorado locations including Denver, Greenwood Village, and Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–6+ years in asset management, engineering, utility operations, infrastructure planning, consulting, or related field.
• Proficient in Office 365 and databases (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Basic understanding of water and wastewater utility systems and operations.
• Experience with GIS, CMMS/EAMS, data tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing utility management and asset management plans throughout their lifecycle.
• Assisting with field assessments of infrastructure.
• Building and maintaining management tools such as databases, BI platforms, and dashboards.
• Preparing client-facing materials and presentations.
• Contributing to pursuit development and project scoping.
• Serving as Project Engineer/Manager for UMS engagements.
• Coordinating with engineering, planning, and science teams.
• Diagnosing client needs and developing customized solutions.
