Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the water sector (utility or consulting).
• B.S. degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certified Reliability Manager (CMRP, CRL).
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting engagements across operations, maintenance, and reliability.
• Define and deliver maintenance and reliability excellence strategies.
• Advise on advanced maintenance strategies and drive improvements in asset reliability.

Skills

20+ years of experience in the water sector (utility or consulting)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Education

BS degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering

MS or ME preferred

Tools

EAM, CMMS, GIS, data platforms
