Clearway is seeking a Manager, Asset Management to lead the commercial management of a large portfolio of utility-scale wind and solar projects across 16 states. This hybrid role offers collaboration with senior leaders and mentoring of junior staff.

You will maximize asset value, support growth initiatives, and ensure financial targets are met while working in a dynamic, high‑performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong business and financial savvy to support a high‑performance organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with extended hours when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
