NIC is seeking an Asset Management Process Analyst to own and improve the AM operating model. You will define processes, govern workflows, and partner with the Director to translate needs into platform capabilities while ensuring durable, auditable results.

The role emphasizes process architecture, continuous improvement, and planning across service lines in a digital-first AM organization. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to map, document, and improve business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly with data.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly and operate in ambiguity.
• Excellent written communication and documentation discipline.
• Comfort in a digital-first environment with instrumented processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and continuously improve AM processes and workflows.
• Map, document, version, and maintain core AM workflows and governance.
• Lead structured improvement cycles to raise throughput, quality, and consistency.
• Translate process needs into platform capabilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Support condition-intelligence analysis and multi-year planning work.
• Uphold data hygiene and standards across the platform.
• Act as steward of AM process documentation and cross-functional coordination.
