Job summary

Allwyn Corporation seeks a Business Analyst focused on Asset Management with a data/AI emphasis. You will lead process transformation, model asset lifecycles, and define requirements for a scalable system embracing AI-enabled analytics.

Collaborating with business, IT, and data teams, you’ll ensure compliant, high-value digital capabilities while managing stakeholder expectations and driving adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in asset management, preferably with rail asset focus.
• Strong experience with Asset Management Systems (EAM, CMMS, ERP Asset Modules).
• Hands-on BPMN and process modeling tools such as Visio, Signavio, ARIS.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts like predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process discovery and redesign for asset lifecycle workflows (acquisition, maintenance, depreciation, disposal).
• Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and data requirements for system enhancements.
• Translate asset operations needs into system features while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Define data models, metadata needs, and integration points to support analytics and AI-driven insights.
