Fresno Housing Authority is seeking an analyst to support asset management, relocation of housing assets, and asset conversion, ensuring programs follow unified policies. You will collaborate to assess, establish, and implement training plans and relocation processes.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in asset management, auditing, finance, or accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration or Finance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressively responsible experience in asset management, auditing, finance, or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Finance, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Relocation of housing assets and asset conversion projects.
• Develop and implement training plans and relocation processes.
• Analyze and verify financial and property management data.
• Maintain policy and procedure manuals for HUD programs and tax-financed properties.
