ICON Consultants, LP seeks a Director of Internal Audit – Asset Management to lead audit activities across our asset management platform. Location options include Downers Grove, IL; New York City, NY; or Atlanta, GA with a hybrid 4-day-in-office pattern.

In this senior role you will evaluate risk management frameworks, assess key controls, and advise executives and the Audit Committee on improvements across public securities, derivatives, and investment vehicles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive audit experience within financial services or asset management.
• Strong understanding of public securities, investment operations, and asset management structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.

Responsabilités

• Audit leadership and strategy: develop a risk-based annual audit plan across investment management operations.
• Assess operational risk across product lines including equities, bonds, funds and derivatives.
• Audit critical trading, portfolio management, and accounting systems (Bloomberg, Charles River, IBOR).
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing audit team.
