Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in financial management or auditing.
• CPA or CIA certification (or pursuing) is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as an auditor in asset management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams.
• Excellent relationship, project and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a senior audit team across engagements.
• Manage relationships with executive management and key stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct audits through planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Identify processes, risks, and controls; test controls.
• Deliver recommendations to remediate control deficiencies.
• Monitor action plans and perform substantive tests as needed.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes.
