• 8+ years of progressive audit experience within financial services, asset management, wealth management, or public accounting (Big 4 / regional firm).
• Strong understanding of public securities, investment operations, and asset management structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, risk-based annual audit plan covering investment management operations, trading systems, and corporate functions.
• Assess operational risk across diverse product lines, including Equities, Fixed Income/Tax-Free Bonds, Mutual Funds, ETFs, UITs, Derivatives, Annuities, and Collective Investment Trusts (CITs).
• Audit critical trading, portfolio management, and accounting systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Charles River, IBOR/Investment Book of Record).
• Communicate audit findings, control gaps, and strategic recommendations to senior management, regulators, and board committees.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of audit professionals fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
