Job summary

Harris County is seeking an Asset Implementation Analyst to plan, execute, and manage infrastructure asset implementations using OpenGov Cartegraph. You will work with the Asset Management team to deploy workflows, coordinate across departments, and ensure disaster recovery and resiliency planning.

The role involves training users, developing asset workflows, and coordinating with vendors to ensure successful software adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of proven experience in asset management systems or related data analytics/public works/GIS platforms.
• Knowledgeable in GIS-based asset management software and data management, reporting, validation, and integration.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and train end-users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for infrastructure asset implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Maintain asset inventory and tracking systems.
• Develop and propose workflow improvements with divisions related to assets.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and resiliency workflows and testing.
• Create user accounts/roles in OpenGov Cartegraph and mobile apps.
• Provide training and ongoing support for asset management systems.
