Job summary

Harris County is seeking an Asset Implementation Analyst to plan, execute, and manage infrastructure asset projects. The role focuses on deploying OpenGov Cartegraph, developing workflows, and ensuring disaster recovery readiness across departments.

You will collaborate with the Asset Management team, implement phases of the software, and support training and user adoption across precincts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in configuring and managing integrated GIS-based asset management software.
• Experience with data analytics and integrating tech into asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans for infrastructure asset implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Coordinate requirement gathering and extract workflows from divisions.
