Responsibilities

• Manage the property control process and asset inventory records for the Sacramento office within the Legal Division.
• Maintain asset inventory for personally assigned computer equipment (PCE).
• Submit facility-related requests and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Process invoices for the Sacramento office, including managing the shared mailbox for invoices, tracking invoices, and submitting invoices for payment.
