The role emphasizes data-driven analyses, guidance delivery, and growth within California's asset management framework. Eligibility for TE Civil exam may apply; a PE license is required for certain ranges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (Civil) license preferred for higher ranges.
• Experience with asset management and engineering data analyses desirable.
