Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a seasoned Client Servicing Division Lead to guide teams across regional markets. You will shape client servicing strategy, drive service quality, and uphold the firm's investment accounting and book-of-record excellence.

You will partner with product, development, and sales, oversee talent management, and monitor metrics like ESS, NPS, CSAT, and gross margin to ensure client success and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business required.
• 10+ years of asset management or investment operations experience.
• Proven leadership of managers and individual contributors.
• Strong governance and client relationship management abilities.
• Experience owning strategic client relationships and leading projects in asset management/investment operations.
• Proven track record of resolving complex client escalations.
• Demonstrated accountability and client-focused mindset.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams spanning managers and individual contributors.
• Direct talent management lifecycle including headcount, succession, hiring, development, performance reviews, compensation.
• Build a positive culture promoting teamwork, collaboration, continuous improvement, empowerment, feedback, ownership, accountability.
• Track and drive metrics to measure project, people, team, and process success.
• Collaborate with product, development, and sales to differentiate offerings and incorporate client feedback.
• Coordinate with Global Delivery to onboard clients into steady-state servicing.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within the client base.
• Assess and prioritize risk related to staffing, clients, and operations; base decisions on data.
• Drive results with ESS, NPS, CSAT, and gross margin.
• Serve as subject matter authority on asset management operations, book of record, and investment accounting.
