Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors is hiring for a Client Reporting professional to support our global client relationships through a high-volume reporting platform. You will generate standard and custom reports, ensure data accuracy, and prepare materials for Portfolio Management and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• Professional experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Display extreme attention to detail while maintaining a focus on client deadlines.
• Team oriented - ability to apply analytical and decision-making skills in a global collaborative environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Generate a large volume of standard and custom weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to clients, consultants and service providers.
• Provide quality control for client reports and requests and support day-to-day activities.
• Responsible for completing due diligence and client questionnaires.
• Investigate and address client inquiries with support/oversight from senior staff by evaluating client-specific circumstances and collaborating across departments to formulate responses; communicating your findings to senior staff.
• Deliver and maintain data integrity with intermediaries, data vendors and research houses.
• Prepare materials used by Portfolio Management, Global Client Group, Marketing, and Presentations.
• Develop a robust understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy and process.
• Seek opportunities for professional development.
