Job summary

Quaestor Advisors is expanding its Asset Management group and seeks an Analyst to assist senior team members in valuation, surveillance and reporting. The role emphasizes financial modeling, research on portfolio companies, and collaboration across legal, valuation and accounting supports.

The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with 0–3 years of related experience and a strong academic record. MBA/CFA considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Proven ability to build and interpret financial models.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Management team with portfolio surveillance, reporting and valuation.
• Conduct financial analysis of prospect and portfolio companies and explain findings.
• Analyze cash flows, asset quality/coverage, deal structure and covenants; perform sector analysis.
