Job summary

DLC Management Corp. seeks an Asset Management Senior Analyst to provide day-to-day analysis and reporting for the portfolio’s retail assets. You will collaborate with AM team members and cross-functional departments across the organization.

The role requires 1–3 years’ experience in retail real estate, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and expertise with Argus and Excel. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• College degree with related real estate experience.
• 1–3 years of experience with understanding of the retail asset class.
• Strong quantitative skills to evaluate asset performance and forecast.
• Strong analytical skills to identify results and trends, diagnose variances, and make recommendations for system improvements.
• Experience with Argus REQUIRED.
• Strong Excel modeling and formatting skills.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and creating presentations.

Responsibilities

• Produce written reports regarding the operations and performance of real property assets.
• Provide analytical support for periodic and ad-hoc reporting including asset reviews, portfolio metrics, loan performance, lease economics analysis, payback calculations, expense recovery analysis, health ratios, forecasting and distribution analysis, and investment return analysis.
• Analyze operating budgets, capital plans, and reforecasts and provide variance commentary.
• Update tracking tools or systems to monitor leasing, capital projects, and capital draws.
• Prepare partner or lender approval requests for leasing and capital related projects.
• Respond to lender, JV partner, or senior management requests relating to asset performance and statuses.
• In preparation for investor calls, produce and distribute presentation materials.
• Model property-level cash flow projections utilizing Argus and Excel.
• Maintain integrity of Argus models including leasing updates and market assumptions.
