Woodmont Real Estate Services in Belmont, CA is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to support the Asset Manager with property performance analysis, leasing oversight, and revenue management for a multifamily portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in multifamily property management, experience with RealPage or Yardi, familiarity with YieldStar, and strong Excel/reporting skills; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
Experience with RealPage or Yardi is required.
Knowledge of revenue management and portfolio reporting.
Strong Excel and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze property performance and prepare operational reports.
Run reports and interpret data using property management software.
Assist with revenue management by reviewing pricing, renewals, occupancy, concessions, and leasing trends.
Audit online marketing across platforms to ensure pricing and property information are accurate.
Coordinate with onsite teams to follow up on operational initiatives and capital projects.
Review vendor bids and renovation estimates for completeness and pricing.
Assist with unit renovation coordination, including ordering materials and finishes.
Track capital improvement projects, budgets, and timelines.
Communicate regularly with regional managers, property managers, and vendors.
Prepare meeting materials and assist with portfolio reporting.
Identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve property performance.
Travel – occasional travel to properties typically a few days per month.
