Job summary

Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) in South Carolina seeks an Asset Management Analyst to support and administer EAM systems, notably Cityworks on SQL Server. You will help maintain data integrity, develop reports and dashboards, and assist with deployments and user training.

This role collaborates with IT and business teams to optimize asset information, implement procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a SQL Server support role.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems is required.
• Experience administering SQL Server databases is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and dashboard tools is expected.
• Extensive experience in report development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist with EAM system administrator tasks.
• Lead and assist with maintenance and data entry into the EAM System ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate with IT on EAM updates and integration.
• Assist and ensure EAM manages asset information across the organization.
• Work with teams as a technical expert in Cityworks SQL Server databases and schemes.
• Develop, deploy, and support reports and dashboards for asset management.
• Help lead meetings and coordinate with stakeholders on schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with applications; document resolutions.
