Shine Associates, LLC seeks an Asset Management Analyst to support the Dallas portfolio, reporting to the VP of Asset Management. The role involves evaluating property performance, developing business plans, and driving long-term value across multifamily, industrial and mixed-use assets.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in real estate, strong Excel/ARGUS skills, and experience with AI tools to enhance reporting and insight generation. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics or Accounting.
• 2–5 years of real estate experience, with financial modeling exposure.
• Advanced Excel, ARGUS, PowerPoint proficiency.
• Familiar with large language models and AI tools for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing a diverse multifamily portfolio and develop performance models and hold/sell analyses.
• Manage periodic valuations of multifamily properties and review reports for accuracy.
• Prepare periodic reports and analyses for executives and partners; build asset-level forecasts.
• Coordinate annual business plans, renovations, and capital programs for properties.
• Analyze portfolio data and prepare property-specific questions for Asset Managers.
