Assist the Asset Management Team in overseeing a portfolio of assigned properties. This will include the review and assessment of the individual properties' operating performance as well as the creation and execution of business plans to drive long-term value. The Analyst will report directly to a Vice President, Asset Management. There would also be a close working relationship with the Head of Asset Management and the respective Portfolio Managers. Also, there will be interaction with the CEO, COO and CIO along with various Acquisition Vice Presidents and Analysts. In addition, the Analyst would interact with Property Management, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and the Legal Department.
