Job summary

Shine Associates, LLC is seeking a VP – Asset and Portfolio Analytics, to be based in Oakland, CA or Dallas, TX. You will lead analytics for a portfolio of industrial real estate investments and work with senior management to drive performance, reporting and investment strategy.

The role requires extensive asset-management experience and collaboration with Acquisitions, Strategy, Accounting and Investor Relations teams. Strong leadership and advanced analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years related experience in asset management or real estate investments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund portfolio performance and reporting.
• Collaborate with Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Finance teams.
• Develop annual business plans and budgets for funds.
• Coordinate external valuation with third-party appraisal managers.
• Present investment opportunities to Investment and Appraisal committees.
• Represent the company at industry events.
