Encore Finance Group is seeking an Analyst to manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and investments and to deliver precise reporting for internal and investor audiences.

You will maintain master servicing data, assist with securitization data and coordination, and monitor performance metrics while partnering with colleagues and external stakeholders to keep processes moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or related field.
• 1–4 years of asset management, loan servicing, CRE, or structured finance experience.
• Strong quantitative skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with servicing or asset management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clear reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join our Asset Management group. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day needs of Encore’s commercial real estate loan and investment portfolio while contributing to portfolio and investor reporting, master servicer maintenance, and securitization activities. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will work across internal teams and with external partners to maintain accurate information, monitor borrower and asset performance, and support timely, well-informed decisions. This is a hands-on opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly analytical professional who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the loan and investment portfolio activity. Oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and related assets on a day-to-day basis, including borrower requests, reserves and escrows, draws, consents, and payoffs.
• Deliver accurate reporting. Prepare and distribute periodic portfolio, investor, and internal management reports with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery.
• Maintain master servicing data. Keep loan and asset information current in the master servicing system, including new loan boarding, data-integrity reviews, and ongoing updates.
• Support securitization transactions. Assist with data tape preparation, collateral analysis, due diligence, and coordination among internal teams, rating agencies, and external parties.
• Monitor portfolio performance. Track borrower performance, covenant compliance, and critical dates; identify emerging issues, elevate them appropriately, and recommend action items.
• Partner across the business. Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to resolve questions, coordinate deliverables, and keep portfolio activities moving efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in asset management, loan servicing, commercial real estate, or structured finance.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with loan servicing or asset management systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise reports for internal and external audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to securitization and/or master servicer functions is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer in a standard office environment. Occasional travel may be required.
