Job summary

Ironclad Powered by Mersino is seeking a skilled Mechanic to repair, service, and maintain branch equipment including pumps, frac tanks, generators, and other heavy machinery. The role supports uptime and safety across multiple sites.

You will troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, document service work, and use diagnostics tools. A high school diploma and hands-on heavy equipment repair experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in service and repair of large equipment preferred.
• Planning and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
• Proficient in using current technology to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly and repair instructions, manuals and schematics.
• Proficient in computer programs to maintain maintenance and repair records.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, and maintain fleet, frac tanks, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and perform necessary repairs.
• Complete maintenance on all equipment and perform quality checks.
• Prepare repair descriptions and maintain service records.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and dispose of hazardous materials per regulations.
