Sofidel America in Duluth, MN seeks an Asset Leader in converting to drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will assist the Converting production manager and lead the department in the manager’s absence, develop a high-performing technical team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and leading behavioral safety programs.
• Oversee LOTO compliance and environmental regulations.
• Maintain and improve product quality with audits and corrective actions.
• Set and achieve production goals and drive loss elimination.
• Lead Daily and Weekly Operating Reviews (DOR/WOR) and manage budgets.
