Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receives and issues property items and records data for submitting reports to federal and state agencies.
• Locates, affixes inventory tags, and codes property and equipment.
• Researches and enters specifications for material into ERP to generate purchase orders; validates PO data.
• Coordinates and schedules departmental audits; conducts equipment audits and writes reports.
• Provides in-service training.
• Resolves routine problems locating property in storage and reconciles invoices with buyers and accounts payable.
• Prepares material authorizations and credit memos for material returns.
• Inspects material donations to determine fair market value for asset records.
