Job summary

Mississippi Valley State University is seeking a Property Clerk to support property inventory audits and the handling of deliveries and issuance of supplies from the university warehouse to campus departments. You will assist with receipt, inspection of shipments, and distribution of supplies across campus locations including furniture and equipment.

The role requires experience in shipping and receiving, with a preferred business-related degree and strong listening and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Assist in audits of property inventory.
• Assist in receipt and inspection of incoming merchandise shipments and the preparation of delivery, distribution and issuance of supplies from the warehouse to campus departments and offices.
• Assist with internal property audits at designated campus locations where furniture and/or equipment is housed.
