Job summary

FSA Federal (FSA) is seeking a Records Examiner/Analyst to support the U.S. Marshals Service mission nationwide. You will review data from multiple sources, ensure completeness, and enter information into databases, creating and managing case files.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members while meeting deadlines and providing timely status updates.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, or high school diploma with two years' experience.
• One year of asset forfeiture or related law enforcement experience.
• Ability to grasp organizational functions of the customer.
• Strong data extraction and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented with meticulous data entry.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a 7–10 year background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure completeness of data and resolve inconsistencies.
• Enter data into databases and documents accurately.
• Create case files and manage case data systems.
• Track case file status to meet deadlines.
• Manage requests for additional information as needed.
• Prepare reports and summaries from information.
• Provide accurate and timely status updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
