Job summary

MTM, Inc in Lake Saint Louis, MO is seeking an Equipment & Onboarding Coordinator to join the finance team. This onsite role oversees asset intake, staging, and outbound shipping of IT equipment, ensuring accurate records and timely communications with customers.

You will manage shipments, coordinate with internal teams and providers, track assets, and support asset recovery initiatives. A high school diploma and 1+ year experience in shipping/logistics are required; MS Office proficiency is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1+ years’ experience with customer service, shipping & receiving, procurement, or logistics required

Responsibilities

• Asset intake, distribution, and moves of equipment.
• Ship and receive IT assets, materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and providers on shipments.
• Reach out to internal/external contacts for shipping info.
• Track status of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and print shipping labels.
• Track returned assets using the exit tracking system.
• Submit claims for damaged or missing shipments.
• Update assets in the inventory system with current location.
• Scan and sort incoming/outgoing assets and inventory.
• Maintain daily asset moves log.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and update supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
• Lead special projects and implementations as needed.
