Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a Technology Equipment Manager to lead a team responsible for warehousing, configuration, and logistics of corporate technology assets at an on-site Cheektowaga location.

You will oversee inventory control, asset disposition, and sales channels while ensuring compliance with finance policies and regulatory requirements. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years related work experience or 6 years combined education/work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, diagrams and meetings software.
• Proficiency with asset tracking software and work tracking platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technology Equipment Technicians.
• Oversee OS image deployment on PCs and devices and coordinate installation issues.
• Manage lifecycle and asset tracking for end-user computing and mobile devices.
• Ensure environmentally responsible asset disposal and recycling practices.
• Record sales and manage documentation to comply with Finance policies and regulations.
