Job summary

MTM, Inc in Lake Saint Louis, MO is seeking an Equipment & Onboarding Coordinator to join the finance team. This onsite role oversees asset intake, staging, and outbound shipping of IT equipment, ensuring accurate records and timely communications with customers.

You will manage shipments, coordinate with internal teams and providers, track assets, and support asset recovery initiatives. A high school diploma and 1+ year experience in shipping/logistics are required; MS Office proficiency is

Responsibilities

• Asset intake, distribution, and moves of equipment.
• Ship and receive IT assets, materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and providers on shipments.
• Reach out to internal/external contacts for shipping info.
• Track status of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and print shipping labels.
• Track returned assets using the exit tracking system.
• Submit claims for damaged or missing shipments.
• Update assets in the inventory system with current location.
• Scan and sort incoming/outgoing assets and inventory.
• Maintain daily asset moves log.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and update supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
• Lead special projects and implementations as needed.

What will your job look like?The Equipment & Onboarding Coordinator is a member of the MTM finance department and is responsible for properly receiving incoming inventory, timely staging and shipping outgoing items while adhering to safety procedures. This position will work closely with the Asset and Inventory Control team members providing accurate, timely communications to both internal and external customers and prioritize tasks to support the business. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will also manage activities surrounding asset recovery.This position will be onsite daily at our Lake St. Louis, MO officeThis position does not support OPT STEM or H-1 Visa SponsorshipVisa sponsorship is not available for this position.What you’ll do:Primary contact for all assets including intake, distribution, and logistical moves of equipmentManage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies pertaining to IT assetsCollaborate and communicate with internal employees, product providers and others involved in the shipment and receipt of productsOutreach to internal and external contacts to obtain information for shipping and collection effortsTrack and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipmentsPrepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needsTrack returned assets by reviewing the colleague exit tracking system and relaying that to the appropriate onsite staffSubmit and manage claims for damaged and missing shipmentsResponsible for the updating of assets in the inventory system and ensure that the status, location, and assigned colleague locations are currentScan and sort incoming and outgoing assets and inventoryMaintains an accurate log sheet of daily movesMaintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as neededProvide excellent customer service to internal and external contactsLead special projects and implementations as required by managementWhat you’ll need:Experience, Education & Certifications:High school diploma or G.E.D.1+ years’ experience with customer service, shipping & receiving, procurement, or logistics requiredSkills:Well-organized and detail orientedExcellent communication skillsStrong sense of time organization and urgencyAble to work independently and within a teamAdhere to inventory procedures to maintain timely and accurate dataProvide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customersWorking knowledge of MS OfficeWhat’s in it for you:Health and Life Insurance PlansDental and Vision Plans401(k) with a company matchPaid Time Off and Holiday PayMaternity/Paternity LeaveCasual Dress EnvironmentTuition ReimbursementMTM Perks Discount ProgramLeadership Mentoring OpportunitiesSalary Min: $18.00Salary Max: $22.00This information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
