Job summary

Delta Leasing seeks a diligent administrator to support management with customer service, contract renewals, logistics, data entry and purchasing of shop materials. The role covers vehicle check-ins/outs, lease agreements and coordination of deliveries from airport and customers.

You will collaborate to maintain maintenance schedules, keep accurate vehicle records and ensure orderly operations across office, shop and outdoor environments. A clean driving record and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Ability to review correspondence and reports for correct format and grammar.
• Proficient with computers, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Must have a driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; willing to comply with random drug screenings.
• Ability to take ownership of a project and follow it through to completion with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are checked in and clean for lease.
• Check in/out assets, generate corporate lease agreements.
• Coordinate timely delivery and pickup of vehicles from airport and customers.
• Ensure inspection sheets are completed and signed by customer.
• Return signed leasing contracts to office manager.
• Work with customers to maintain scheduled maintenance/repair.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for all vehicles.
• Plan and coordinate tire changes twice a year.
• Create, receive and close purchase orders as required.
• Schedule asset shipping to/from company locations.
• Keep parts and supplies organized for quick retrieval.
• Maintain the lot, shop and office areas; keep keys organized.
• Maintain company standards through logos on vehicles.
