Job summary

The City of Richland, Information Technology Division, seeks a skilled GIS and Asset Management professional to develop and maintain enterprise asset data, work order systems, and GIS-integrated datasets.

You will coordinate cross-department asset management activities to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting for operations, maintenance planning, capital budgeting, and long-term asset lifecycle strategies. This is an on-site only position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Engineering, Construction Management GIS, Information Systems or related field.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in GIS and Asset Management system administration and/or support.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Desirable: experience utilizing SSRS or Microsoft Power BI.
