Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a data analytics professional to support maintenance operations in Houston. You will design data models, build dashboards, and optimize CMMS data flows to enable timely, data-driven decisions for terminal facilities.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel and Power BI skills, plus CMMS/EAM familiarity (Maximo/Infor/SAP). A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related settings are preferred, with a focus on asset management analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of terminal equipment knowledge and related experience.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM software such as Maximo, Infor or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure requirement for extraction, transformation, and loading of data.
• Design and maintain data models used for reporting and analytics.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to show business performance to management.
• Understand business strategy to build timely and scalable insights for decisions.
• Analyze data to determine best fields for KPIs and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop maintenance plans and schedules for company assets.
• Own the design and development of automated reporting solutions.
• Analyze planning data to define manpower, parts and resources.
• Track maintenance metrics and report variances monthly and quarterly.
