Job summary

University Health in San Antonio is seeking an Asset Compliance Assistant (PRN) to support maintenance operations across hospital facilities. You will handle inbound requests, classify work orders, and maintain documentation in the department records system.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of maintenance experience, basic PC skills, and familiarity with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Qualifications

• One year of broad, institutional maintenance work.
• Functional user level with personal computers.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook with a work order program.

Responsibilities

• Receives and dispatches calls for maintenance services by category.
• Distinguishes service/work order types to optimize efficiency.
• Maintains filing systems and records for department operations.
• Back-up for Administrative Assistant as needed.
