Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing technical field
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Success in driving results through process and teamwork
• Proven success reducing losses and improving performance in manufacturing
• Technical knowledge of unit operations and machinery (at least one production platform)
• Skilled at communicating between work groups and cross-functional resources
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis systems (SAP, Maximo)
• Experience with materials and fabrication methods (metal, plastics; welding, machining)
• Craft worker experience or strong knowledge of craft duties
• Knowledge of the skill level across different crafts
• Practical knowledge of Maximo and Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
