Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Asset Based Lending, commercial banking, or portfolio management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and commercial credit fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management & credit monitoring.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial statements, collateral reports, covenant calculations, and compliance submissions.
• Track borrowing availability, collateral performance, and utilization trends.
• Assist Portfolio Managers in developing action plans for borrowers with deteriorating performance or collateral quality.
• Maintain understanding of assigned clients, industries, and facility structures.
