Georgia-Pacific LLC in Brunswick, GA is seeking an Asset Availability Leader to partner with operations, maintenance and reliability teams to improve asset performance and increase machine availability across three paper machines.
You will lead RCFA, own asset loss accounting, and guide asset strategies while developing future mill leaders through collaboration with engineers, co-ops and interns. Strong emphasis on reliability and continuous improvement.
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Asset Availability Leader (AAL) in the Paper Machines Department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to improve asset performance, eliminate recurring failures, and increase machine availability across the three paper machines. This role will report directly to the Area Leader – Machines.
The Brunswick Cellulose facility is the largest integrated fluff pulp mills in the country with a modern woodyard, fiberline, three paper machines, waste treatment plant, and utilities operations. The Brunswick Cellulose Mill, located in the southeast corner of Georgia is within minutes of downtown Brunswick and about an hour from Jacksonville, FL to the south and Savannah, GA to the north.
