YOUR IMPACT
Are you looking to apply your problem resolution and customer service skills while deepening your understanding of the Private Wealth Management (PWM) business? Our PWM Client Implementation team seeks a professional eager to collaborate with PWM Advisor Teams, Legal, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering to facilitate account opening and maintenance for PWM Clients, providing superior client service and subject matter expertise.

OUR IMPACT
Operations is a dynamic division partnering with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading, and asset management capabilities worldwide. It provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm’s assets and reputation. Operations develops processes and controls for every trade, product launch, market entry, and transaction.

Client Implementation focuses on account documentation, data integrity, risk management, and regulatory compliance. It captures all required information for compliance, firm policies, and due diligence on new clients. The team works closely with PWM teams, Compliance, Legal, and other Operations groups to ensure a positive onboarding experience.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Understand client account structures and documentation for new accounts
• Conduct due diligence reviews, including Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Client screening
• Coordinate with PWM Advisor teams to ensure correct and timely delivery of client documents
• Request products (options, margin, checking, debit cards, etc.) for PWM client accounts
• Ensure downstream systems recognize approved products and services, including cash products and client statements
• Prepare performance reporting
• Resolve issues by collaborating with PWM Teams, Compliance, Legal, and AML
• Contribute to workflow and process improvements in account opening

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and web-based applications
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Good judgment and problem resolution skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Series 7, 9, 10, 4 licenses
• Over 1 year of financial industry experience (AML, Compliance, or Client Onboarding Regulatory experience)
