Job Duties:

  1. Valuation Support:
  • Assist with valuation of private equity and hedge fund firms.
  • Coordinate valuation processes and communications with stakeholders.
  • Provide data to third-party vendors and review their methodologies.
  • Support audit reviews by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries.
  • Participate in activities related to portfolio launches, restructuring, and rebalances.
  • Monitor Asset Backed Loan workflows and optimize cash to enhance fund performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Gather and analyze operating metrics for analytics, reporting, and valuation.
    • Interact with management and finance teams of portfolio companies.
    • Prepare analyses for client reporting and stakeholder presentations.
  • Implement initiatives to improve fund performance.
  • Evaluate new business transactions for valuation implications.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for clients and management.
  • Respond to compliance and regulatory inquiries.
  • Test new system applications as the platform scales.
  • Minimum Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Services, or related fields.

    Minimum Experience:

    • Three (3) years in accounting/financial services or related roles.
    • CPA/CFA Certification required.

    Special Skills and Licenses:

    • Advanced Excel skills, including valuation and DCF modeling.
    • Project management skills for strategic initiatives.
    • Financial acumen for cash flow and performance metrics.
    • Knowledge of risk management frameworks.
    • Data management and visualization skills.
    • Effective communication with senior colleagues and investment teams.
