Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Engineering Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience required.
• Experience supporting business, engineering, operations, or asset management teams through reporting, analytics, presentations, documentation, and process improvement.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop clear recommendations related to performance, reliability, risk, planning, or operational improvement.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset, maintenance, operational, inspection, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business requirements and practical improvements to reports, analytics, and documentation.
• Create recurring reports, dashboards, presentations, and portfolio planning materials to support reliability and investment decisions.
• Prepare executive summaries and data visualizations for leadership and internal partners.
• Coordinate with engineering, asset management, and other stakeholders to analyze asset data across the fleet.
• Support data collection, reporting processes, performance indicators, and asset information programs.
• Develop training materials and process documentation for asset management programs.
• Provide analytics and presentation support for special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Organize multiple workstreams and stakeholder requests, with travel and storm duty as needed.
