Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Management, Analytics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience required.
• Experience supporting business, engineering, operations, or asset management teams with reporting and analytics.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into reporting solutions and process improvements.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset, maintenance, operational, inspection, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop business requirements and practical improvements to reports, analytics, and documentation.
• Create recurring reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support planning and investment decisions.
• Prepare clear leadership-ready summaries and data visualizations for various internal partners.
• Coordinate data collection, performance indicators, and asset information programs.
• Develop training materials and process documentation for asset management programs.
• Support multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder requests with occasional travel.
• Contribute to safety and FirstEnergy Values in daily work.
