Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience delivering reports, analytics, and process improvements for engineering or asset management.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset, maintenance, operational, inspection, and performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop business requirements and practical improvements to reports, analytics, and procedures.
• Create recurring reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support decision making.
• Prepare clear visuals and summaries for leadership and internal partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional data collection and performance indicators across teams.
• Develop training materials and process documentation for asset programs.
• Support special projects and multi-workstream governance with deadlines.
