Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to support asset management and reliability planning. You will analyze asset and performance data, develop requirements, and create dashboards and executive-ready visuals for leadership and internal partners.

Responsibilities include producing recurring reports, coordinating with engineering and asset management teams, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Prefers a two- or four-year degree in Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience required.
• Experience supporting business, engineering, operations, or asset management teams through reporting and analytics.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset, maintenance, operation, inspection, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop requirements and recommend improvements to reports, analytics, and documentation.
• Create recurring reports, dashboards, and portfolio planning materials for reliability and investment decisions.
• Prepare executive presentations and data visualizations for leadership and partners.
• Analyze asset data across the fleet in coordination with engineering and asset management teams.
• Support data collection, reporting processes, and performance indicators.
• Develop training materials and process documentation for asset management programs.
• Provide analytics and presentation support for special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Organize workstreams and priorities while supporting travel, storm duty, and special projects.
