Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Intermed. to advanced knowledge of general banking operations.
• Intermed. knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Intermed. to advanced experience with Excel.
• Intermed. Solvas or TranStar experience preferred.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with leading the Asset Administration team to maintain accurate asset records.
• Maintain core recordkeeping systems, cash processing systems, and sub-accounting system.
• Process transactions with high accuracy and ensure records are reliable.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Handle complex transactions and determine best processing methods without compromising investor reports.
• Contribute to system testing for new releases and identify bugs.
• Collaborate with technology support on system flows and process improvements.
• Support Client Service teams with accurate asset data for CLOs and Leveraged Finance facilities.
• Follow procedures and ensure controls in line with client agreements.
