Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Asset Acquisition Specialist to support a top retail/eCommerce client. This role sits within the eCommerce Content team to ensure product imagery and copy are requested, received, quality-checked, tracked, and stored for PDPs.

Candidates with high-volume digital content or ecommerce experience and strong Excel skills will excel in coordinating with vendors and DAM/PIM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Pull and consolidate priority product lists requiring imagery or copy.
• Manage priorities across multiple areas of business and target dates.
• Submit standardized vendor requests for product imagery and content.
• Follow up with vendors, clarify requirements, and elevate requests when necessary.
• Track asset assignments, completions, uploads, and overall status.
• Audit vendor-provided imagery and copy for naming, composition, quality, accuracy, and DSG standards.
• Coordinate imagery from SharePoint into DAM systems.
• Prepare worklists, instructions, and assets for offshore production partners.
• Perform light Photoshop work, including cropping, resizing, and basic corrections.
• Partner with Content Specialists and managers to troubleshoot rework.
• Identify and test workflow/process improvements.

This candidate will join the eCommerce Content team and play a key role in ensuring product imagery and copy are accurately requested, received, quality-checked, tracked, and stored for product detail pages. The ideal candidate has experience working in high-volume digital content or eCommerce environments and excels at managing multiple priorities, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel and content operations skills who wants additional exposure to DAM/PIM platforms, asset workflows, automation, and eCommerce content management.

Day-to-Day:
